Daily Duties at Intelsat:
At the Intelsat Network Operations Center I monitored satellite function and coordinated customer access to Intelsat's fleet of 52 satellites. Thousands of customers use the fleet but typical calls fielded by the Ellenwood teleport dealt with domestic adhoc satellite access. Also responsible for technical assistance with new services startups worldwide. Conducted real-time troubleshooting of satellite function and interference of transmissions.
