Daily Duties at Bil Jac Foods:
Increasing sales in the pet specialty channel for national retail pet food, Petsmart and Petco. Educate and train managers and sales associates about nutritional benefits of Bil-Jac dog food. I prepare PowerPoint presentations and deliver them in training sessions, seminars, lunch and learns tailored to current store programs at the store and all executive level. I develop solid business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within Petsmart and Petco retail pet stores. I utilizing and manage an allocated budget of 65,000. I analyzing sales reports, recognizing trends and adjusting my schedule to accommodate territory needs. I coach and lead a team of (10+) in-store demonstrators to reach and exceed sales goals. Includes ongoing coaching and development and providing feedback for improvement. Keep a pulse on each demo rep’s performance and communicate any concerns to the National Demo Manager Analyst. Develop efficient territory route system to optimize time spent and minimize travel time.achieved I maintain detailed notes on each call, noting activities and time spent as well as conversation follow ups. I am a trainer for all new personnel for the East Coast.
