Daily Duties at Emc Inc.:
I was recruited by EMC to revitalize one of its international software consulting practices based on software acquired through the purchase of eRoom technologies. The software sales of the product where strong but the consulting service was underperforming. My primary responsibility was to grow consulting revenues for this underperforming segment. In order to achieve this objective I needed to revamp the consulting bench, establish new training programs, define a deployment and management methodology for the platform, partner with marketing to build success marketing campaigns, partner with sales to sell the product and the consulting services, oversee the consulting practice from a revenue perspective and human capital perspective. My success with the one software consulting practice resulted in me taking on two additional software consulting practices Application Extender and Records Management) My primary goal with both of those practices was to focus on annual consulting revenue growth and consulting performance in the same manner I had done with the eRoom collaboration consulting practice.
