-Utilized technical expertise to resolve complex and escalated product issues to complete client satisfaction via telephone or emails -Documented all calls real time into the Oracle software data base -Analyzed client data from the data software installed to resolve training issues and product performance issues -Ensured all aspect of product support were in compliance with FDA and HIPAA guidelines -Assisted in supporting the launch of each product line -Created a technical support exam for educating team members on the entire product line -Created a product support template, during the company startup period when technical support training was not structured, to help new coworkers gather complete customer information during the initial call -Communicated daily with multiple departments to resolve new and unusual client issues -Provided product training to clients as needed
