Create and organize departmental operational & administrative activities. Analysis of data/reports for hotel/casino, oversee billing and accounts receivable for services Manage labor force (union), scheduling, departmental logistics for hotel/casino and other events, cost control, payroll, budget and provide cross functional training and performance reviews Creative solutions to various issues regarding guest experiences and services for all internal and external customers, forecast parking capacity issues for special events
