Daily Duties at Propark America:

Manage the Google Shopping Express account with regard to Courier, Hub and delivery operations Maintain relationship and liaise with the customer and associated vendors Manage overall courier/hub operations; conduct classroom, handheld device and on-the-road driver safety training, scheduling and payroll (200 employees) Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all operational phases Responsible for attaining company growth, hiring goals and continuous customer satisfaction, Key Performance Indicators, cost control and budget Promote and implement safety culture in every aspect of the operation Evaluate staff performance and productivity, hire, train and terminate as required
