Daily Duties at Enterprise Advisory Services Inc.:
• Managed all phases of contract administration function for corporation with annual sales from government contracts in excess of $3.6 million and 23 employees. Responsible for tracking cost, scheduling and performance against baselines. Maintained EASI's proven Management Control System (MCS) to establish cost estimates, schedules and methods for evaluating work performance, and managing the day-to-day contractual obligations. Maintained change notices; provided cost forecasts; ensured compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FARs) and Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DEARS); generated contractually required reports; reviewed contract deliverables; and prepared subcontracts and subcontract bid documents. Responsibilities also included proposal development, subcontract management, and contract compliance training.
