Daily Duties at Nikken Incorporated:
Oversee and manage the staff for call center, will call, return merchandise, company store and reception areas. • Monitor calls, assist representatives, answer questions, accept and resolve escalated calls. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate processes to clarify and correct procedural problems and issues. • Evaluates the feasibility of new or revised systems and procedures, and overseas audits to ensure compliance with company standards. • Develops strategic plans for process improvements while providing tactical support for current operations • Interacts with product development, logistics, quality assurance, sales, marketing and executive management to facilitate and/or coordinate distribution and sales of Nikken products throughout the defined North American Market. • Monitor complaint responses to ensure accurate and complete information is being disseminated in a timely manner consistent with good business practices and company guidelines. • Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine customer complaints. • Manages 6 direct reports. Oversee their daily work product and train as needed. Provide coaching, consultation and direction to employees. Conducts training on product and information as needed to assist my direct report. Document attendance and performance measures.
