Directed all sales/marketing activities in U.S., Canada, and internationally for this national manufacturer of cellulose insulation. Business is in the building products industry and is 60% retail and 40% professional. Managed 4 National Account Managers, with key accounts such as Lowe’s, Menards, Home Depot and Do-It-Best. Directed the retail customer service staff, inside sales staff, machine repair/ distribution, 2 national manufacturer’s representative companies, 4 District Managers and the National Sales Manager responsible for Canada. Successfully negotiated national programs with the major big box accounts. Created national sales representative retail coverage resulting in improved brand awareness and increased sales.
