Daily Duties at Nacco Materials Handling Group:

At the direct request of Senior Management, I accepted a transfer to a high volume component plant to be the liaison between Design Centers and Plant Manufacturing Staff after completing a 1-2 Ton Mast that was then built in this facility. Duties included: Coordination of New Product Introduction, review of new and current engineering drawings and documentation, led plant-wide cost reduction activities. Lead Engineering Change Implementation Team, Lead Cost Reduction Team, recommended process improvements, recommended tooling changes, improved output of all Lenoir Masts, Trained staff, improved communication.
