 Worked alongside senior management on the product development/fund onboarding process by coordinating the legal setup and operating agreements of all investment vehicles, supporting the drafting of key service level agreements, organizing the terms sheet on overall contractual responsibilities and rolling through key operational functions to the designated departments internally  Oversaw and provided recommendations to the investment group on corporate actions events associated with our portfolio fund investments and managed accounts clients  Conducted periodic audits on our operational activities to formulate controls, promote new procedures for time/cost effectiveness and operational risk management  Managed the investment deal closing process for a number of accounts which involved arranging the completion of each underlying fund subscription and negotiation of a side letter agreement  Performed a number of fund administration functions for 27 private equity accounts, such as: organized our partnership amendments, directed the fund rolling closings process and supervised overall cost expenditures associated with our underlying investments and contracts  Implemented and managed our anti-money laundering/know your customer procedures for our funds and for our underlying portfolio fund of funds investments
