Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Led project teams to successfully deliver on multimillion dollar project solutions with a tight budgets and complex scopes. • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies • Worked with customers nationally and internationally with B2B solution development and delivery, which included connecting over 250 partners to the IBM B2B network and consisting of over 700 partner channels. • Led multiple projects at the same time across company organizations and international customers. • Worked with PMO organization to develop and streamline over 300 operation processes for the IBM Global Process Services team. • Led or participated in Stakeholder Management meetings and status updates. • Disaster recovery network and process solution development and coordinator. • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) network solution development and compliancy coordinator. • Customer contract compliancy coordinator to ensure all network and process solution delivery and yearly audits are met with customer and stakeholder approvals. • Trained customer service teams in Texas, U.S and Manila Philippines to handle level 1 and level 2 technical issues. • Participated in expanding IBM Global Process Services opportunities with our customers, involving additional support and network hosting opportunities. • Documented all projects to ensure passing audit ratings. • Worked with customers on contract negotiations and deliverables.
