Helped support CPOF program in Baghdad during OIF III and IV. Trouble shooting local and wide area bottlenecks through command line and network tools such as Solar Winds, Ethereal, and HP Open view. Experienced technical team lead consisting of 5 technicians. Managed and deployed wide area VOIP application server/client network. Basic Java thread analysis and troubleshooting
