Income development manager for the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Responsible for implementing sales processes for Chrysler dealerships and training dealership personnel on how to maximize their performance by executing the agreed upon process. Responsible for creating an annual business plan for my dealerships and holding monthly revues with dealer principles to review progress.
