Developed and Implemented Reliability and Quality Program for the LED based lighting systems at Switch Light Bulbs. Implemented Reliability and Qualification Program and Test processes, identified and secured department budget, including capital, staffing and operations needs for product qualification & reliability program for an in-house fully staffed test laboratory in a start-up environment in a record time and 25% savings of the allocated/approved budget.
