Daily Duties at Service Master Terminix:

• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term marketing plans that support each primary brand, to deliver to Terminix brand value propositions and drive top-line and bottom-line business results. • Clearly define marketing priorities and ensure integration • Hire, develop, and retain a diverse, multi-level, high performance marketing team. • Establish unique and meaningful brand positioning for Terminix brand • Identify growth opportunities for continually improving Terminix competitive position. • Monitor market trends and translate consumer attitude and preferences into product and branding direction. Lead market research, including Voice of the Customer, and consumer testing initiatives. • Lead marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and preference for both trade and consumers. • Create meaningful and break-through advertising, merchandising, and lead generation strategies – traditional, interactive, digital, and mobile - to both trade and consumer to articulate the unique and compelling benefits and advantages of Terminix’s-services and support its value proposition. • Develop on-line marketing • Create and oversee implementation of product specific communications including messaging and product-specific marketing • Create targeted marketing tools for use by Terminix teams • Develop superior customer and consumer purchase experiences and solutions that enhance Terminix equity in the marketplace. • Analyze market share, brand health, and profits to determine return on marketing investment. • Analyze periodic VOC feedback and utilizes that input to affect marketing strategies. • Support strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
