Daily Duties at Dell Services:
Render technical support to Harvard Pilgrim departments on all issues concerning telecommunications by performing extension basic setup and phonebook management as well as by administering private branch exchange (PBX), telecom database, and CentreVu. Serve as the point of contact between requestors, managers, and project managers as well as with telephone operating and interconnecting companies. Carry out key tasks such as reviewing PBX line extensions, DBA modifications, and order requests associated with lines and services; as well as configuring and supporting LAN, WAN, Avaya voicemail, and exchange messaging administrator. Display in-depth expertise in utilizing PBX and PBX list command trunk to create add stations, bridges, and IP agents; and take charge of disconnecting add bridge and extensions which include phone book and directory administrator and modifying employee telecom-related profile. Deal with the preparation of content management system (CMS) reports and change agent skills on CentreVu. Leverage excellent skills in changing browser user agent IDs on PBX, NICE, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and CMS. Assume full responsibility in maintaining records and company database comprised of licenses, warranties, and service agreements as well as asset tag equipment and reconciliation through IT asset and ITAM database. Maintain proactive involvement with asset procurement activities and negotiations, order processing, and shipment while managing asset disposal agreements and aged asset disposal. Provide telecommunications solutions and strategy support to 13 hospitals and more than 500 clinics in coordination with telecom IT infrastructure, data center, and operations support. Expertly handle internet directory and credential management as well as remedy ticketing systems incident request, OPAS, request ticket, and station changes supported by call vectoring.
