Daily Duties at Health Dynamics:

As a Consultant to Health Dynamics I ran the weekly operations of the center for 6 Practitioners and up to 80 patients a day I worked in the office 3 days a week answering three phone lines, scheduling patients, loading service and payments into the computer, verifying insurance and patient statements . This is a CASH Clinic, I designed pre-pay contracts and sold them to the patients, recalled database monthly to keep patients current. Created procedure for every area of the clinic and follow up procedures, inventory control, ordering products (over 30 different supplement lines) inventory control, designed internal and outside marketing events, weekly health classed where I closed new patients from the class. QuickBooks: Loaded all transactions, accounts payable and receivable, paid all invoices and made deposits Created all paperwork for CPA to process for taxes.
