Daily Duties at Lawrence Hearing Aid Center:

As the office manager of Lawrence Hearing Aid Center I ran the daily operations of the center. Scheduling patients, answering three phone lines, qualifying the sale over the phone for hearing aid sale, loading the computer, verifying insurance, contracts, collections, billing, recalls of non sales, creating procedure and follow up letters, inventory control, ordering product, deposits, working with bookkeeper on accounts receivable and payable, outside marketing and events.
