Daily Duties at Olive & Jasmine Asian Bistro:

♦ Led business development initiatives as well as growth strategies while analyzed new market opportunities in enhancing P&L. ♦ Conceived effective marketing strategies, displays and advertising campaigns in strengthening brand name and boosting sales. ♦ Successfully made growth plans for the business that includes implemented creative marketing strategies.  Rope in several radio stations and local media outlets to maximize media exposure during the grand opening and other events. (i.e.: FM 97, ROSE 101.3, Lancaster Magazine, Fine Living, Lancaster Newspaper, and etc)  Planning and developing dynamic website that enable customers to order foods and beverages, and accept online payment system.  Launched e-commerce advertising, marketing/promotion with SEO and SEM technology and monthly e-mail blasting to retain local consumers and increase tourist customer base.  Worked closely with reputable online ordering/booking websites (i.e.: Groupon, Living Social and Restaurant.com) to increase customer reservation rate and increasing sales.  Took brand name to non-traditional locations such as supply to main local hospitals (such as Lancaster General Hospital and Ephrata Area Community Hospital). ♦ Spearheaded the formulation of cost effective offerings and delivery models as well as operating infrastructure formation. ♦ Built and grew excellent working relationships with suppliers and business partners. ♦ Led negotiations with key business partners in ensuring the best interest of the company is protected at all times. ♦ Managed and controlled supplies inventory as well as ensured products is of the highest quality. ♦ Led the development of new menu with key focus on quality and detail. ♦ Ensured food and beverage quality while swiftly addressed service complaints in maintaining customer satisfaction and repeat business. ♦ Implemented systematic staff training in enhancing customer service and maximizing profits through suggestive selling. ♦ Successfully created and maintained a stable and pleasant working environment with minimal staff turnover. ♦ Knowledge of serve safe sanitary procedures and health codes. (Pennsylvania Agricultural and Health Department Certified) ♦ Participated in fund raising programs to support children’s charity including St. Jude Children Research Hospital and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank in increasing brand awareness. ♦ Winning business from key target clients such as:  Successful long term partnership with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company to provide large scale of catering to the local’s only amusement park with millions of tourists.  Provided new food choices and long term contractual arrangements to local hospitals. i.e.: Lancaster General Hospital (LGH) and Ephrata Area Community Hospital.
