Daily Duties at Western Institutional Review Board:
Handled inbound communications (approximately 80-120 calls per day) Worked primarily with sponsors, CROs and SMOs with my task to resolve the issue without transfereing to another department. Primary inquiries were related to status of review process and documentation, facilitation of problem resolution.
