Daily Duties at Western Institutional Review Board:
Managed the daily activities of outward facing client service and project management teams, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all external communications to clients. Responsible for the overall direction of the departments that provide client support . Served as the escalation contact for clients while acting as a liaison to internal teams to ensure effective communication of expectations. Implemented training and performance action plans as well as resolved personnel issues. Responsible for establishment of divisional budget, monitoring metrics and data assessments related to productivity and service.
