Daily Duties at Western Institutional Review Board:

Responsible for increased usage of services by existing clients and capture of new customers for expanded service offerings within an assigned territory. Analyzed prior revenue metrics with BD team and executive management to determine targeted revenue growth for up-coming year and establish defined regions or client sectors. Goals were to initiate dialog and schedule meetings for services presentations with client decision makers and close with business growth. I conducted in-person meeting or webinars, attend conferences and trade shows, initiated contracts and established parameters of services. Upon contract execution held follow up meetings for trainings, transitions and kick off. Utilized Salesforce and Excel to manage and track revenue projections of existing clients, new wins and hot opportunities with an expectation of revenue growth of $500,000 per BD staff.

What they like about Western Institutional Review Board:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
