Daily Duties at Bulldog Brewery:

Constructed a brewery within an existing warehouse. Re-designed plans, submitted and acquired building permit. Completed demolition of existing warehouse. Installed underground rough plumbing and electric, framing, set up complete brewing system to include; walk in freezer, fermentation tanks and brew kettle. Installed rough electric within walls and overhead as per plans. Finished glue lam bar tops and installed. Installed working kitchen facility.
