Daily Duties at Optumhealth Of United Health Care:
I was responsible for "Utilization Management" for the Neonatal Resource Services group in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States from Maine south to West Virginia and west to Virginia and Pennsylvania as well as the States of Arizona, Utah and Idaho. I interacted with ~ 25 astute, experienced, neonatal intensive care Nurse Case Managers evaluating clinical care being provided in the States within the above regions.
