Daily Duties at Us Green :

I met with clients and employees to complete installation of existing solar systems. I purchased necessary materials and supervised installation of materials to finalize projects. Met with OSHA to satisfy all safety requirements. Met with building officials to acquire final building permit sign off. Acquired necessary documentation for Solar energy savings to home owner. Hired and trained employees for future projects. Fired unskilled employees. Shared construction and business operation knowledge with my employer to help increase company productivity.

What they like about Us Green :

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future.
