Daily Duties at Wanzek Construction, Inc:
Enforce Company Safety Policies. Directly supervise projects including delegating activities of Superintendents, Foreman and Trade Workers. Coordinate activities of multiple subcontractors. Interact with Company management and clients to maintain schedule and budget. Prepare reports of daily activities and forecast a two-week look ahead. Perform job layouts. Maintain a receiving system. Communicate effectively to employees in oral and written form. Interface with project stakeholders. (clients, subcontractors, landowners and government agencies) Assist HR with interviewing, hiring, training, appraising work performance and addressing employee complaints in the field.
