Responsible for ensuring quality products and timely compliance with the Commission’s extensive software development life cycle methodology. Led team of more than 50 managers, software engineers, testers, configuration management professionals, quality assurance engineers, and technical writers in a multi-project environment supporting more than 50 applications. Managed all system change requests for all releases to the production environment as well as application deployments to the production environment. Developed the project plans for the releases, which included the timelines, tasks, dependencies and resources required. Also, provided project plan templates to include milestones in accordance with the SEC’s software development life cycle methodology for new development and enhancement tasks.
