Daily Duties at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana:

Coordinate engineering changes, develop business plans and strategies, review of design information, meet with designers for clarifications and concerns, review impact with production, quality engineering, and quality control. Issue specification changes, issue requisitions and purchase orders, and create business case analysis. I supported the production several production areas in Assembly West plant 2 Assistant Managers, 4 group leaders, 8 team leaders, and 125 team members. I also supported production areas in the East assembly production area with 2 Assistant Managers, 4 group leaders, 6 team leaders and 100 team members. I created the information that decoded the sales code and design code into information that team members could easily read to build the vehicles just-in-time. I coordinated the engineering changes for the assembly production group. I coordinated the ISO 14001 audits and control documents for the assembly production area. I provided quality support for production areas to ensure quality was being met and defects were being past to the customers. Has managed, planned and stocked raw material inventory for assembly and logistic production areas. Also has evaluated the supply chain network optimization system to reduce overall costs to serve the customers. Can identity the non-value added work, define and implement new, integrated processes/procedures. Has the ability to manage multiple and complete priorities while managing complex and diverse stakeholder. Can reduce waste by eliminating non-value added work in the Supply Chain Delivery Process. Has developed overall project terms of reference, plan and timeline. Has performed risk management reviews and hazard identification sessions. Has anticipated and mitigated roadblocks.
