Daily Duties at Force10 Consulting, Llc:
Assess the client's current process, create several solution alternatives for the client to chose and implement the solution that the client chooses. Create the documentation and training plans for the solution. Establishing controls for process improvement and ensure controls are sustained through partnership with process owner. I was hired as a consultant on a contractual basis to provide process improvement capabilities to the client. I worked with another consultant to offer the client the solutions that would best for the client. The team met daily to understand the demands and I created an update project schedule with timeline to make sure deadlines were being met. We also created a war room to make sure we could have visibility of items that were tracking for the client and making sure we were on target.
