Daily Duties at Management Technology International Corporation:
Manage a Video Teleconferencing Lab with assets of $6,000,000.00 and 2 part-time technicians. Handle marketing of the lab, giving price quotes, and managing hours. Develop test plans and reports according to the needs of the user, ensuring Department of Defense requirements are adhered to. Responsible for providing assistance and support to the daily operations of the Tactical C3 (Command, Control, and Communications) Section, development of monthly reports, and assisting with the writing of test plans and reports. Review and edit documentation for style, quality, clarity, and compliance with documentation specifications issued by the Joint Interoperability Test Command Government personnel. Established a rapport with technicians to streamline editing process by persuading authors to accept constructive changes to documents. Track all documents produced by the C3 Tactical Team ensuring all deadlines were met. Performed duties as a Test Lead for certification of a First Digitized Division communications interface. Developed and maintained a database of work hours for the team to assist the Task Leader in management of multiple projects. Assist the Task Leader in project development areas such as: personnel needed, length of project, and hours needed for all aspects of the project. Other duties include assisting the Test Conductors with the execution of various testing events.
