Daily Duties at Western International University:
Hires, trains, conducts performance evaluations, and directs the workflow for the campus and/or learning center staff, accountable for participating in the development and implementation of campus or learning center goals and objectives. Ensures all goals and objectives are met timely and effectively. Manages all campus and/or learning center operations and activities in conjunction with established goals and objectives, as well as, corporate standards. Resolves escalated problems or issues to ensure customer satisfaction with problem resolution. Manages the student tracking system by overseeing the recording, tracking and maintenance of all student academic information to ensure all data is maintained in a timely and accurate manner. Manages facilities and equipment needs for the campus or learning center, which include but is not limited to, overseeing classroom scheduling, coordinating class visits, overseeing class sizes, and confirming faculty assignments. This also includes managing facility issues, including maintenance, repairs, facility enhancement, as well as, coordinating arrangements to serve students at offsite locations. Participates in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to increase campus or learning center operations efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, ensure the delivery of quality customer service. Develops and/or participates in the development and implementation of the campus or learning center budget in conjunction with established regional and corporate budgets. Represents the organization as appropriate in its relationship with the community. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining a positive relationship within the organization. Participates in campus, learning center and/or division task forces and councils. This includes participating in the development and implementation of processes, programs, and activities to maximize campus and learning center service quality and efficiency.
