Daily Duties at Us Army Fort Bragg Trial Defense Service:
Perform duties as a paralegal, supporting deploying units and retired military personnel. Supervises the operation of a Trial Defense Office. Trains and provides guidance to subordinates on complex paralegal administrative issues. Coordinates with units concerning tasking and training of paralegal specialists and noncommissioned officers. Conducts extensive paralegal research. Coordinates and supervises Article 15 Briefings for Trial Defense Clients. Assist Attorneys in conducting interviews on open courts-martial and assist in post-trial documentation
