Responsible for all plant operations, purchasing, safety, training, and reporting. Supervises two managers and twenty-three employees, coordinates inter department operations, responds to customer issues and complaints. I am the first level responder on all operational issues from spills to accidents to injuries. Led all quality efforts to include ISO 9000 development, initiating and certification.
