Daily Duties at Banking Industry:
Reviewing Applications, analyzing, approval, and underwrite moderate individual consumer request and product within the company guidelines, & National/federal policy Involves evaluating, & ensuring overall loan documents are accurate, complete with compliant; reviewing financial statements, credit reports, debt to income ratios, loan to value, and other supporting documents prior to make an accurate decision approval or declined Using an automated data Zippy/system and manual calculation with traditional underwriting to determine acceptability of moderate request Analyze and collateral/Appraisal to determine the property meets loan standards. Communicate with mortgage bankers and processors to obtain recommendations; either approved, counter offer, or declined base of investor guidelines. FNMA, FHLMC FHA, Conventional, and HARP Assist in the control of company and Investor exposure/expense related to property disposition.
