I had a staff of five individuals, three attorneys and two paralegals. Responsibilities included contract review, formation and negotiation, litigation management, project review and change order review and negotiation, claims review preparation and negotiation, change order review, preparation and negotiation, EEOC claim review and disposition, Anti-trust compliance, bond claim review, vendor contract review and negotiation, mediation and ADR management, personal injury and workers compensation claim review and disposition, commercial lease review and negotiation, executive management team participate on, monthly profit and loss meeting participation with the company owner, AIG, employment contracts, project scheduling and completion reviews with project teams and executives, and corporate compliance.
