Daily Duties at Swope Community Enterprises:

My responsibilities were to initially assist in the completion of a reorganization and strategic alignment of the companies, provide legal counsel and advice on development, construction, health care including HIPPA, HITECH, compliance, malpractice claim management, managed care contract negotiation, employment and EEO advice and responses, employment contract formation, negotiation and physician contract formation, negotiation, litigation management, risk management and insurance matters, commercial and shopping center lease formation and negotiation, construction and loan review and negotiation, limited liability company formation and negotiation, limited partnership formation and negotiation, and merger and acquisition advice, negotiation and due diligence and divestiture negotiation. My responsibilities also included preparation of corporate resolutions, by-law modifications, compliance, 990 reviews, and participation on the executive leadership team staffing the by-law nominating committee, and participating in the investment, and finance and audit committee and preparing charters for all committees including the compensation committee. I also engaged in financial review of each subsidiary on a monthly basis and performance review of the subsidiary against planned budget.
