Daily Duties at Precious Cargo, Inc:
Promoted to Executive Business Consultant-Healthcare Services to provide research, marketing services, and reports to Board Members on expanding business to Northern California cities. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of 3 staff members and 4 marketing professionals. Daily tasks are to Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, Conduct 3 staff meetings per week to manage and work with a team of 6 marketing professionals to formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, Design presentations, monthly sales meeting schedules, and conduct presentation meetings with healthcare and C-Level professionals. Negotiate contracts and strategies to secure business for roll-out in Q-3, 2014. Communicate with Board members once per week or as needed using Adobe Connect and provide progress reports. Manage employee staffing and communications, business inquires, and vendor business. Responsible for a $680K operations budget and reporting to CFO.
