New Horizons Computer Learning Center Work Values

Daily Duties at New Horizons Computer Learning Center:

• Designed and developed new training programs based on assessments of clients, customers and team members’ feedback to meet new advances and updates in technology and changes in the workplace. • Teach instructional classes to the United Nations, local hospital and other industries in the following subject areas: SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer, Adobe Design Suite, Web Design and Excel 03/07/10, Word 03/07/10, PowerPoint 03/07/10 and Outlook 03/07/10. • Created and analyzed reports, written procedures requirements and training manuals. Advise consumers and corporate students about additional classes available that relate to their individual fields and experience. • Implemented student-centered lessons in different areas. Customized lessons to meet specific training needs of individual corporations. Established an active learning environment through positive feedback. • Made recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of processes, workflow and operations. Collaborated with the Director of Training and management as needed.
