• Interacted with clients and responded to their needs by analyzing cost and technical feasibility of implementing custom or out-of-the-box solutions. • Maintained and supported the Procurement Department SharePoint Portal. Collaborated on the re-design and migration of procurement corporate website focusing on UI/UX web technologies. • Built, designed, maintained, and supported SharePoint sites, sub-sites, workspaces, list, and managed permission rights for different departments within the procurement portal. • Met with internal departments to promote SharePoint Product and explain its benefits within each department which led to 80% growth in product usage and reduced New Technology File System (NTSF) storage. • Provided SharePoint solutions to global clients based on requirements and trained owners on site administration and maintenance. • Contributed to department goal to implement self-service by training site owners on site creation and management using features such as lists, approval workflow, content types, discussions, meeting workspace, and versioning. Also assisted clients in developing info path forms and using SharePoint Designer for more advanced workflow setup. • Collaborated on the re-design and migration of procurement corporate website focusing on UI/UX web technologies SharePoint 2007, resulting in simplified footprint, and reduction in infrastructure. • Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex business solutions using web-based technology.
