• Interact with clients and respond to their needs by analyzing cost and technical feasibility of implementing custom or out-of-the-box solutions. • Participate in phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition, solution design, QA test execution and implementation. • Build demo sites and implement QA tests in multiple environments to identify potential issues and improvements in SharePoint. Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into functioning applications and services. • Launched 7 Intranets in SharePoint 2010, allowing business units to deliver company communications, policies, departmental specific information, and communities on time and within budget. Managed QA efforts for deliverables, created testing scripts, developed launch day support guide for tiers 1 / 2, provided group and 1-1 training for content owners, and maintained relationship with business as liaison with IT. • Perform one on one end-user training to educate clients on SharePoint out of the box functionality. Complete applicable project-related documentation including design specifications, application test plans, test cases and scripts as well as end-user and system admin guides. Storied all information in SharePoint sites for 1-place meeting management, integrating with Exchange 2010 and Crestron Technology.
