Daily Duties at Hidden Creek Ranch:
Leader of a team of AutoCAD drafters and engineers to design a housing community from undeveloped land. Required surveying of land, rendering the lands topography on a computer and then efficiently designing the layout of the roadways, parking, utilities (electricity, water, sewage) to maximize price efficiency. Housing design and layout, as well as front office and entrance design. Community was built to my specifications in 2005 at: Hidden Creek Ranch 1111 Shelbyville St Center, TX 75935
