Daily Duties at Director's Financial Group:
-Manage the full loan lifecycle for an average of five loans each month. Complete loan applications, clear conditions with underwriters, and process loans. - Assess client needs, select appropriate products, and sell the features and benefits of different loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA and ARM. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the mortgage process and various financial regulations. Educate customers on origination, processing, and lending procedures.
