Daily Duties at Ciber, Global Solutions Center :
Responsible for testing claims for Government Health Care Provider. Wrote test cases using Excel spreadsheets; upload them into QC, the main repository for test cases & download reports. Created and processed claims via EDI process, providers, subscribers, diagnosis, procedures Created adjustments & monitor claims thru a Calc, Uncalc, Recalc & CheckWrite processes, Create/issue and monitor defects. Instrumental in planning and creating the following testing tools:, system, regression & integration testing, interacting with UAT & Offshore workers. Attend and conduct walkthrough of technical specifications, test cases (DTP) & the results of testing leading to obtaining approval from business and management personnel before and after each release. Participate in verification for release deployment. Responsible fir maintaining and solving JCL issue and problems.. Instrumental in setting up the environment for SSS Tickets and OM Tickets numbers to be used in tracking and modifying QC defects. Assist the Developers in solving critical issues and problems pretending EDI and CPW claims. Participate in daily status meetings, defect triage, UAT meetings and project deployment. Strictly follow SDLC (software Development Life Cycle) process and practices
