FDA regulated & validated Pharmaceutical Production & CFR Part 11 environment. Responsibilities include liaison between Information Management and Computer support department. Role bridges gap between highly technical information and the business implications of the changes for plant employees. Interact with users, chair meetings to prioritize conflicting schedules and appointments for issue and problem resolutions for entire plant from an I/M perspective and from a BUM perspective
