primary technical team leader full P&L accountability for directing the design and delivery of projects, on-time and within budget. Effectively established and manage a company whose primary focus is to design automated electro-mechanical machinery products for the entertainment and material handling industries. Scope of accountability spans team building and leadership, project and program management, contract negotiations, quality improvement, and customer service/relationship management. Consult with clients to provide expertise on innovate design and intellectual property strategies for new and existing products. Provide leadership and framework to appropriately identify client’s needs and respond to critical issues. Direct simultaneous projects and spearhead the design of new products to appropriately position clients for advanced growth. Manage geographically and technically diverse teams of engineers, management, fabricators and subcontractors.
