Created training manual on all steps and procedures as Tax Analyst. Created documentation that eliminated late fees ranging from several thousand dollars to a million dollars for each return. • Tax Reporting & Administration – Completed manual inputs of tax data obtained from multiple billing systems and customers. Studied historical revenues, taxes dues for each state/county and prepared reports for managers. Provided customer service to the taxing authorities. Supported audit function by providing necessary tax information. Performed periodic research to attain current tax rate, structure, rules and regulations.
