Commanding Officer and Senior COTR of 50 personnel office in execution of contract admin duties including: cost, schedule and performance enforcement, shipyard quality assurance, review/approval of technical CDRL's, coordination with CG functional stakeholders, coordination of tests, trials and delivery, enforcement of warranty provisions and facilitating transition from contractor to organic logistics support.
