Daily Duties at Downtown Recruiting:
Serve as a contract Project Management Professional managing client projects. Report to Manager of Project Management on project status and report any issues along with recommended resolutions. Update project management database created in Caspio’s SaaS and enter Google spreadsheet documentation with project hours and mile stones. Work with team to draft initial project assessment, requirements, Requests for Proposals and RFP responses. Handle negotiations for Statement of Work and third-party vendors. Develop project scope, budget, and schedule including Quality Assurance testing.
