As a member of the Senior Leadership team, responsible to develop overall marketing/sales strategy and community communications to best fit target audience and align with overall organizational goals Traveled to all regional Bremer Bank locations to assess and execute strategy by providing hands-on training and direction to bank site lending officers and leadership.
